Admission Instruction

The Paradise Valley Private School emphasizes academic excellence, respects diversity and encourages 

ideas and creativity. The school welcomes students who are eager to learn and grow into happy, healthy

Minimum Age Requirements at the beginning of the academic year :

KG-1: 3 years 2 months

KG-2: 4 years 2 months

Grade-1: 5 years 2 months

Grade-2: 6 years 2 months

Grade-3: 7 years 2 months

Grade-4: 8 years 2 months

Admission Committee

The Admission Coordinator and the Head of the School form the Admission Committee, drawing in heads

 of departments, special needs teacher  or counselor as and when needed. However, the final decision on 

admission is taken by the Head of the School.

How to Apply 

Parents seeking admission for their children need to fill up an admission form which can be obtained from 

the Admission Office or downloaded from the school website. The form is to be submitted to the School Office 

along with the following documents:

.1. Copy of the student's Birth Certificate

2. Copy of the student's passport and visa page(for expatriates)

3. Copy of the student’s national ID/passport (for Omani nationals)

4. Copy of Previous Academic Transcripts for the last two years, wherever applicable

The above admission form can also be submitted through the school website through the link “Online Registration” 

under the “ADMISSIONS” tab. After the online submission of the form, you are advised to take a print out of the same 

and submit it to the school Admission Office along with all above relevant documents.

The school will then invite the parents / guardian and the student for an interaction with the Admission Committee, 

after which admission will be granted and all fees will need to be paid within the next two working days to complete 

the admission process.

The School Policy is shared and explained both to the parents. The parents also need to sign the following documents

 as a part of the admission process.

The Medical Form of the student with attestation from the family doctor / pediatrician
